While we stand behind every product we sell, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction.
If you need to return an item for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, simply email us at info@cosycampingcompany.co.uk with your order number, and we'll guide you through the process.
Please note that you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email confirmation and process your refund promptly.
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in "Like New" condition with all original packaging and accessories. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for return or refund.
For damaged items, please make a note of it upon delivery and send photos to info@cosycampingcompany.co.uk on the day of delivery. We'll cover the cost of return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Orders cancelled before shipment will receive a full refund, while orders cancelled after shipment will be subject to our 30-day return policy and return shipping costs.
Please note that some products may have specific return policies noted in their descriptions. Additionally, certified pre-owned or used items are ineligible for return.
